The last game you completed, and rating.

Lol. I spent enough time in RDR 2, Steam says around 25 hours. There are plenty of things that just don’t do it for me, but as you say no point arguing about it, it’s all subjective :D
oh dear, Steam reckons I spent 177 hrs playing RDR2. Defo got my moneys worth then.
And i didn't do everything!!

Reactions: TNA
When Arkane announced Prey was going to be the new game after the Dishonored series (which I am an absolute massive fan) I was a bit peeved so gave it a miss.
Dumbarse..
It's brilliant, all the way through. Totally atmospheric, great story, humour, graphics and playstyle.
It's bound to be peanuts somewhere at the moment so grab it. And play it, unlike me at the time.:D

Yeah, would love a sequel to Prey.

Tales of Vesperia 7/10

If you like JRPGs with a more action style combat system it is pretty decent and it has aged quite well. I generally liked the story and the main protaganist but I feel like there are better JRPGs out there.

Crysis 1 remastered - It was okay, graphics looked nice in places, story was okay, 6/10.

Crysis 3 remastered - Wow, what a blast, i finished Crysis 2 when it came out and really enjoyed it, Crysis 3 has to be one of the best looking games on PC, the water effects are beautiful - solid 7.5/10 for the game but well worth it for the graphics alone.

Replayed through batman arkham asylum on steam deck. The game still holds up fantastically and is my favourite of the series, as I prefer its tighter claustrophobic nature to the open world of its sequels.

Voice acting and story are absolutely top notch (RIP Kevin Conroy)

Took a little fiddling with proton to get it to run on steam deck, but once I had it working it was rock solid.

Game play still feels great, though a few bits might start to feel repetitive towards the end, but not so bad as to really hurt your enjoyment.

Some of the graphics, specifically some of the character models are a bit dated making the goons especially look a little plasticy. But for the most part it all works to add to the games dark grimey aesthetic.

Its roughly 12 hours long, and should keep you engaged throughout.

It along with its sequels are very cheap on steam at the moment, so if you've not played I highly recommend grabbing it.

Alan Wake Remastered

5/10

Disappointment. I'm a huge fan of the original 2 Max Payne games so I had high hopes for this but it was just so BORING. The gameplay is extremely repetitive, the story way too surreal and 'out there' for me to get invested in and it seems like they had a few ideas and decided to just repeat them over and over until the end. I was never a big fan of Control either as its story was just lost on me so I guess I should have expected it.

Max Payne remake, please, Remedy.

High on life - 8.5/10

I nearly skipped this one due to the critics and I can see why it could easily end up being a love/hate kind of game, but I loved it. For the most part the humour and chat is on point, it doesn’t take itself seriously at all (actively pokes fun at the gamer and other franchises), the gameplay is straightforward and fun, some creative design (especially with the bosses) and the soundtrack fits perfectly. It also doesn’t outstay it’s welcome, short, sweet and to the point. I’d jump on a sequel. I’m now also hooked on Rick and Morty having never watched it before!

Finally got around to Mark of the Ninja (remastered). 9/10 easily.

Can't seem to play NG+ more than once, but it's a minor thing. Shame they never followed-up.

Spiderman, got to give it 10/10 simply because it's the first game I've actually finished in years!

How did you find the check list style map? Each time I start playing it, I feel over whelmed with the amount of items to collect and puzzles to solve in order to progress my character. Is the game actually playable if you skip the majority of those?
