I wonder if part 2 will be any better?

I'm still holding off in the hope part 2 might bring some improvements to one... as there is talk of versions being tested on steam behind the scenes.

It would make sense to perfect the pc engine on 1 then port in 'the game' of 2... if not I might have a better pc by then anyway!!!

I’ve been playing it again this week, and on the odd occasion it’ll appear to hard freeze but the sound continues, and after 5-7 seconds it’ll resume. There are also some graphical glitches but they’re few and far between.
 
Booted this up to test FG, sadly you have to use FSR3 for it to work and artifacts in some areas look distracting..

Not worth it, I'd rather use DLSS with no FG and deal with that.

Been waiting for this, although last time I played it I felt like I’d been run over by a train then done 12 rounds with Tyson and then fed through a wood chipper by the time I’d finished it.
Can’t wait :D
