nah, not a fan of surround sound, for how much its used its not worth it. good decent set of speakers is good enough 95% of the time its music only. most surround sound amps are pretty crap for audio quality. which is the whole point for me. Music

I think a Bar would be much better use of space (where the bed is currently), although I'm also partial to the odd aquatic feature

Edit: Just to add, I would be thinknig about security. You may have double glazing/locks & insurance sorted, but someone could still break in with a saw tool and take everything. If it were me, i'd have some kind of CCTV I could monitor of inside/outside and notify me if anyone started snooping around.
