US: The Mandalorian

Great episode . Loved the Coruscant stuff as it was a nice change. Possibly would have been better if they'd spread that story over 2 episodes. Will be interesting to see where the story goes and how it links to mandos story (if at all). I don't really wanna see any more Moff Gideon, so hoping it's not leading to that (which 2ould be really predictable).

The "dog fighting" in the first few minutes was movie level in my opinion, and that ship manoeuvre is better than the russian jet dumping fuel on the US drone this week :p

I think the big bad will be revealed towards the end of the season and it will be a new character to set up the Ashoka series that's due out later this year

I wondered if the Dr knew things that the Empire was worried he would discuss. Thus they want him shut up.
Well he had defected essentially and he certainly knows about secret cloning force sensitive subjects.
I'm not even sure we'll see him again. It was a way to clean up loose ends so no one else can follow the research.

It'll be snoke BS.

Well, well, well... Who here was expecting that...?

Well, obviously the gang saved the mando kid, but the Mando kid, Grogu, wow...
Never in a million years would I have though that Grogu was saved by -
Jar Jar Binks himself! :p

Finding this is getting sillier and sillier - can't really suspend my disbelief any more so doubt I'll be continuing it - the odd thing you can write off but not when it is so dumb so often.
Oh god was it that bad :p

Anyone else kinda...not care anymore?

The story isn't going anywhere, the Mandolorians come across as absolute gimps and Grogu has outstayed his welcome as the cute but useless sidekick. And I don't know if it's just over exposure to the copious amounts of merchandise but he doesn't even look like a living being, he looks like a toy.

Brilliant episode with so many good cinematic moments.

I confess I do wonder where the story is going right now but it is still early days. I don’t trust Bo either…

Only Characters I'm interested in is Bo and the Armourer.

Mando is a side Character in his own TV show.

Thought the jedi part looked like crap.

"Let's steal the chase scene from attack of the Clones"

This is turning into Rings of Power.

"Gurr it's purdy" is the best thing anybody has to say about it.

Good cinematic moments is all I find going for it and even that is plagued by really dumb stuff like various TIE craft which just seem to be able to materialise out of thin air LOL.

I don't find I care about the story or characters now at all.
