I always thought dimmu were considered a bit of a "joke" band so I never bothered to check them out properly.

I like whats been posted though, whats a good album to get?

All the albums are a bit different so it's hard to recommend just one.

Anyone so seriously into black metal that they won't give another band a chance are more of a poser than a true music lover.

Yeah - it's his Solo effort and he enlisted the old KSE singer Jesse. Excellent album - very much worth the effort to check out.
