what batteries are you using in it ??
Eneloop XX. Apparently standard batteries are poop in flashes usage wise and recycle time.
Yea heard good things about the eneloops, worth the money then
Soon we'll see a demo on how to break these
Also, I wish my eneloop batteries would hurry up getting here. I wanna use my flash![]()
The 50mm is not cruddy!
Just took delivery of a D600. Still waiting for my memory cards and nikon AF-S 50mm F1.4G to turn up though hopefully later today (saturday delivery paid for..). Due to being use to the larger nikon bodies, specifically a D3 and D300s, this is quite a bit smaller than I was expecting, but it feels quite comfortable to hold. The button layout seems completely alien to me at the moment though (basically first look), but on the other hand it seems quite intuitive, so I'll report back later when I've actually taken some shots with it.
