Got some instant black and white film coming too :)

Nah, not quite makes 8x10cm photos, about the size of a standard Polaroid 600 image if there was no white border. Will go nicely with my P600 and SX70.

Whether 4x3 instant is medium film is a debate in itself! You get a large negative from the peel apart films, so can get prints and it certainly is much bigger than a 35mm frame.... but as it's instant, the quality of medium format isn't there.

Biggest draw to this for me was that it not only looks like a normal rucksack but it actually is (see image 3) and as image 2 shows, the camera compartment faces your back which in a City is just a little more secure.

Camera compartment has a waterproof cover built in that you can wrap round the compartment and tie up when you remove it (see below)

The whole bottom compartment removes and you open a zip and it becomes a full depth rucksack. Also, you cant see it in these but it has a compartment in the bottom that holds a waterproof cover (attached to the actual bag so it cant blow off) that pulls over the whole ruck sack. They aren't cheap (£79) but its seems well made and is very light yada yada yada...

Finally sorry for the potato photos :)

Thanks, would the space left be enough for a day in the wild? Food, water few layers and waterproofs?

I would probably push to the Tilopa but it depends how light you pack. The Loka would work with the basics of a summer day hike without issue but if you start adding more gear you will probably run out of space.

What is nice with fstop gear is you can have different sized ICUs so if you needed to carry more gear you could use a small ICU and leave a lens behind.

Colour me very impressed :) My workflow and LR/PS layout has changed a bit now because of this, more convenient to work on such a wide single screen vs dual screens.

Tell us more, whats the make/model and so on.

Looks ace MRK, but I don't think I could give up vertical pixels from my 30" 16:10. I'm guessing thats 2560x1080? Or 3440x1440?

hmm I want that monitor..

I want to get one and put it next to my 27" iMac, it has the same vertical pixel count so should match perfectly.

It does mean I would need to turn my head though and with almost 6000 pixels wide, it'll be immence, especially with the multi virtual desktop thing !
