I hope they still do a black macbook.

I'm wondering if the macbooks will have a black glossy back like the iphone 3g, if thats the case i may have to uprade my iphone v1 too

Appleinsider have now confirmed Nvidia chipsets and this site have pictures of the new macbook/pro shells, if these arn't real i'll eat my shoe!

I don't like much about the look of the Air, including the tapered* edges. The standard MBP is a classier design.

*See also iPhone 3G. Sit it on a flat surface and press the home button and the thing now rocks about because of the longer curved edge.

Back lit keyboards don't work with white keys, hence the black keys on the MacBook air and most likely the new MacBook Pros.

Guys do you think these new MacBooks will be available in-store within the next 3 weeks?

I go to America on Thursday for 2, so I'm looking forward to tomorrows announcement and in the mall in Florida they have a fairly large Apple Store so I'm hoping they will have the new models in stock.

Do Apple keep old stock around or do they update the models?
