you need to get the 'game'.apk and put it onto your SDcard.is it possible to put a game on without connecting to the net? Put on SD card? If so, how?
o install APK applications on your Android phone do the following:
- Copy the APK file you want to install to your phone's memory card and insert the card into your Android phone.
- Go to Android Market and search for the Apps Installer, App Installer, z-App Installer or Fast Installer application.
- Open it and click on the Install button.
- After it is installed, just open it. It will show you all the APK files stored directly in the root directory of your memory card.
- Just click on the application you want to install and it will be installed.

Anyone got RLS7 of JJ installed uet? If so, how are you liking it and is there a reason to upgrade from 6 to 7?
I have been getting excellent battery life from my phone as a light user i can get well over 3 days worth.
However last night while the phone was plugged in i used facebook and gmail. Once fully charged i turned off wifi and went to bed. I woke up this morning and the phone is at 77% when normally it would still be 100% or 99%.
Have these apps been constantly waking up the phone even though there is no data connection?
I have checked the battery history and useage but that only shows phone idle and cell standby.
No just the two things mentioned
I haven't changed anything on my phone. the only difference if i used extensively Facebook and gmail while charging.
Type *#*#4636#*#* and see a more detailed list of battery usage.
I will charge the phone tonight and see what happens. I've been using it a lot today.
Incidentally. I had the phone on silent (vibrate) and was listening to MP3s via earphones. When i received an SMS the phone did not make any noise. Surely it should notify me with a beep or break in the music like my old Nokia did, otherwise how the hell are you to know you've received something?
What benefits would I see upgrading from deorengated ROM to Jellyfish? Seems to be a lot of talk about it.
It is more about going from a crippled android 2.1 to 2.2.
There are also benefits to just running a cleaned (de-oranged) 2.1.
You can read about most of the changes between the two if you google, but a little link i found for you to read is HERE
