My panel is fine, no dead pixels however there're some usual VA light bleed. Not too concerned since local dimming at High completely gets rid of it.
HDR gaming is fine for me too except for Division 2 which won't work at 240Hz but fine at 120Hz. Make sure you set the Windows10 HDR/SDR slider all the way to the max when gaming. It helps improve the contrast and brightness.
I did mention some popping, but it's definitely less loud and less frequent than the previous G9.
My old G9 just pops whenever I change brightness in SDR, using HDR, starting up, shutting down (probably heating up and cooling down). Current G9 Neo doesn't do that but I just hear random pops/creaks some times but 90% of the time it's fairly quiet.
Scanlines are still there at 240Hz when viewing a certain image.
It's still a fantastic monitor for gaming and productivity. I was just trying out the HDR between the two monitors last night. Local Dimming works so much better now
