um bongo um bongo they drink it in the congo, and now available again (though i haven't seen it in any shops yet. Tropical taste) the advert with singing crow's was good ;)
 
Ha not really, im moving off of sugar on to sweeteners and the ones i bought taste absolutely disgusting, Stavia or something i believe, i much prefer the other type
 
always a tough move, my parents did the same quite a few years ago, they struggled for a good while.
me personally i just decreased my intake, two tea spoons to one.
 
At work just now so on the Ribena. I've made the switch to sweeteners as well, but have no idea what type they are but I can't tell the difference.
 
Having another 'taste test' on these tonight.

I've had the King Goblin and Old Crafty Hen before. The other 2 are a bit unknown to me although the 'March of the Penguins' is supposed to be nice.

chilled a little as i have had a shocking day at work.

lovely crisp light ale with fresh grassy citrus under tone. nice refreshing ale.

loads of biscuit malt and caramel and chocolate, very tasty but i think any more than one will be too rich a diet for me:D
