The **Now Drinking** Thread

I rarely drink but had a glass of special reserve whiskey last night and right now I fancy a bit of red wine so I'm going to open this inexpensive bottle of plonk. Alc12% so that's pretty good.

Having a nice bottle of St Austell brewery Mena Dhu stout tonight, quite enjoy it. Bit of a smokey taste too which I enjoy. Going to follow it up with McEwans champion which is one of my favourite easily available strong ales.
 
I'm of the view that Christmas doesn't really end until after my Birthday, so a glass of Chablis with lunch it is:

Thank you, although it isn't for a few days yet. This is mostly a point of contention in our household because my wife is keen to start a healthy eating kit after the Christmas/NYE excess and I'm having absolutely none of it :)

Accidentally bought some lemon and mint ones of these the other day, thought they were lemon and lime, only went by the colour haha. Did not like them at all.
Bought these this time, much nicer!

Finally cracking open a birthday present from December - Beckfords Coffee & Cacao Rum, just what you need to warm up on a cold night.
