If that's toast then you really need to sort your toaster out
Al Dente toast, much like the Gastro pubs current favourite of Al Dente veg for the Sunday roast, or less gas used as it should be called
Went for a roast with the family today, big old slow braised Ox cheek with swede puree, spuds, roast celeriac, mange tout, leek, chard, green beans, cauli cheese and chantenay carrots.
Was excellent, considering I make 150 roasts most Sundays I think I'm qualified to judge

Strange combination
Oi how is it!
Curry sauce, cod, chips and mushy peas...and I was greedy and wanted to try a saveloy.

I love chip shop curry with my fish and chips. It beats Ketchup or Mayo.

I don’t get the hate people have for saveloys. Yes they’re low quality food, but they’re bloody delicious.

Most recent was Coopers Cask, was lovely! The Brighton roast scene is pretty competitive!

Yep. The Post house, little bit of a wait for the food but it was very busy so understandable. I've heard good things about Coopers Cask too but I've never been as I rarely eat out.
