Don’t want to know how many calories it was but it was very much needed.

Absolutely no idea who would see this and think it looks edible! Even less who's seeing it and thinking of treating their loved one for Valentines day!

That bacon looks like the bacon style treats that you can buy for dogs.

The whole is utterly horrific. I wouldn’t even feed it to prisoners.

Not great pictures, and some of the plating was a bit ropey but this was the valentines dinner I cooked. All vegan. The butternut squash cake was easily the best course. Watermelon sashimi was suprisingly good, took quite a while in the oven and probably needed a bit longer but was a good texture and flavour.

Watermelon Sashimi, crispy fried sushi rice, avocado & black sesame.
Porcini cream, Gnocchi, Tempura Shimeji, Choi Sum, White wine Smoked Garlic Sauce split with Thai Basil oil.
Asian Ratatouille, Tomato, Tomato Water, Shiitake & Tofu Lab.
Butternut Squash Custard, coconut biscuit & whipped cream pie.
