You’re like me, you enjoy a lot of saucy things with rice like curries and Chinese food

Sadly my household is full of those that consider a radish as too hot, so my Asian dishes have to be watered down when it comes to heat.

But.....When I make for myself :D

Lol, to be fair, it's similar here, very tasty, but needs more kick.

That's why I always have sauces on stand by to pep them up or, like you, go big when I'm cooking for myself :D

Had to pop to the post office and on the way had an overwhelming craving for crumpets, with lots of salty butter.

Popped in, picked up the crumpled (Warburton's) and then also spotted

So,.crumpets, lashings of butter then popped under the grill with a slice of Mexicana cheese

Once the cheese has melted, slice of Chorizo and back under the grill

No bad, not bad at all :D

I had a Hello Fresh tonight.

Thai style rice bowl with beef, peppers, onions and mange tout, served with zesty lime rice and fresh lime. Really enjoyed it.

I copied the recipe the other week and really enjoyed it. Didn't have half the ingredients, but what i ended up with was still good :D
