Just having some dinner on the nightshift. Leftover roast belly pork and crackling from last night, with some leek, sweet potato, broc and cable. Plenty of salt, black pepper & butter.

Most supermarkets these days, certainly the larger ones will have some in their bakery section. Readily available around me in any case and I normally have a pack in the freezer ready for weekend fry-ups. Asda are 50p for a pack of 6.
