Didn’t get the temp right today, barely hit 300c and then the logs died before all 4 had cooked so mine was a good base but not enough heat for the top.
Still tasty though.

No pic, because I made less than zero effort plating it but I did pan fried salmon with chorizo, onion, parseley, garlic, white wine, tenderstem broc and cannelloni beans...
I'll probably make the same again tomorrow but actually attempt to make it look nice.
