ive got duck leg in plumb sauce that i didnt eat last night, ive shredded it off the bone and im going to put it ontop of a pizza for lunch

i ended up taking off all of the topping from a 12" Pizza express Daviolo romana, put the shedded duck in plumb sauce on, then re topped it, its just about to go in the oven

Currently making:

Turkey - Stuffing - Bacon and sweet leek pie with sage puff pastry and roast potatoes and petit pois to go with it!

Its looking pretty amazing so far. Never made a pie before.

I forgot to take a picture but I made a roast dinner for my family today. It was roast duck with roast potatoes, roast veg (parsnip, onion, swede and sweet potato), boiled veg and lots of home made gravy.
They all liked it a lot and I do have to say it was pretty yummy!

Mars bar as I missed lunch!

Need some more ideas for tomorrow's dinner though, help! Doing steak (one fillet, one rib-eye) and thinking of doing dauphinoise potatoes, but needs something else and can't think what!
