Probably about 3 hours. After that I took it out and left it to dry on a rack for 30 minutes, then chucked some oil in a blazing hot cast iron skillet and re-browned the outside.

I'm totally sold on the pre-sear *and* post-sear method btw.

I really need to look for a better size jar for that. Currently using an excessively big mayonnaise jar which is a pain to clean after.

Tried out a couple of wraps for lunch. They were supposed to be chicken wraps but the amount of chicken in them was woefully low. Also forgot to add beetroot. But hey, I've got a head cold atm >< Quite nice though.

Just had the leftover steak from yesterday cut super thin on a brioche bun with mustard mayo, salad and the leftover butter and caramelised balsamic onion bits. Really good but I could've done with another one or two of the same :p

Heres a steak I done recently.

Trimmed Bone-in Ribeye sous vide at 55C/131F for around 4 hours. (this was due to being out of the house) With homemade chips and creamed spinach.

That steak looks so good. I didnt have time for lunch today but I also dont want to eat now as its close to dinner time. Prawn pasta today :)
edit// Just remembered friend of mine gave me these today so now I'm eating them! Sadly its only small box
