So made Ottolenghi's green couscous as a healthy option for our Superbowl party, yet somehow forgot to put it out on the table which was admittedly laden with chicken wings, burgers, sausages and various dips and concoctions :p

At least it should still be good for lunch today! :p

Leftover slow cooked veal brisket.

Had to get the rest of the bits on the way home. :)

Grill on, toasted the bread then started piling on the ingredients;
Mustard, Meat, sauce, cheese, gherkin, coleslaw, lettuce.
