Home-made smashburgers for the first time - damn tasty! Set off all the smoke detectors in the apartment but worth it I reckon - next time I'll just take the skillet out on the grill I think :p

As its name implies. Smashed.

You make a very lose ball of mince. Clarified butter in a hot pan place ball in. Wait 10seconds. Smash it down with something flat and hold it pressed down for another 10seconds or so. Once you see liquid pooling on the top. Flip it over.

Best and simplest burgers. Want more meat, just stack smashed burgers up
 
Just had a rubbish egg sandwich at the airport and it just made me more hungry. It was the only thing I could afford though so maybe I shouldnt moan. :(

PJ Points expire? :eek: I has 39 of the buggers but had no idea.
 
First thing I had once I landed was ryebread sandwich. It was quite nice. I shall investigate the fridge tomorrow morning and hope my dad remembered to buy loads of nice things for me (I doubt it)
