As its name implies. Smashed.

You make a very lose ball of mince. Clarified butter in a hot pan place ball in. Wait 10seconds. Smash it down with something flat and hold it pressed down for another 10seconds or so. Once you see liquid pooling on the top. Flip it over.

Best and simplest burgers. Want more meat, just stack smashed burgers up

First thing I had once I landed was ryebread sandwich. It was quite nice. I shall investigate the fridge tomorrow morning and hope my dad remembered to buy loads of nice things for me (I doubt it)
