There's gravy in the pies once they break in - TBH im just chuffed they ate them - another kids meal for the list ;)

Stuffed pork fillet, TB? One of my favs, love it next day sliced for sandwiches.

Pie, peas and mash with a big slice of butter. Hard to beat. Denby?

Yep, stuffed tenderloin - can't wait ! - Mrs is just doing the apple sauce now :D

PP&M is one of my faves, hence why im over the moon its now a family meal :D and yep Denby mate - well spotted DJ ! :D

Sure there is gravy in the pies, but if it was me I'd have moar gravy on the peas and mash too... Maybe that is just a deep north thing. :o

I'm working this year. They always put on a bit of a spread on the rig for Christmas and new year. I had a load of cold seafood for a starter (king prawn cocktail, asparagus rolled in smoked salmon, salmon & cream cheese roulade and potato salad). For main course (picture below) I had lobster, baked salmon, beef fillet, roast onion and roast tatties. For pudding I had a fruity sponge thing with custard. All washed down with some fizzy red grape juice in a champagne type bottle. There were some chocolates in bowls on the tables but the chocolate was vile so must have been American.
