Ah, so it is a good game then?

I played about in the beta but found that there wasnt enough meat in it to tell me whether it was going to be any good. It ran quite well n all, but I was more concerned that it had a real world feel and plenty to do in it. A good atmosphere, meaty content and story, if you will.

Have you got a review up yet Greg?

I may have a butchers at a few reviews and then make up my mind. Havent seen many about though considering it was released yesterday.

I have a quick review and I played both the beta and closed beta and felt the same as you with content.

Always go for the custom, clean install option here.

Also, great to hear that sli and gsync with DSR works now. Was a long time coming.

Never had anything like that before tbh. Only time ive had problems with drivers is when using geforce experience. Just manually download and install now instead.

I used to go for express but over the last few drivers I've started doing custom / clean installations. In my case, I was trying to make the GFE start-up less sluggish, but it didn't do much to help in that regard anyway.

Noticed experience is a bit slow on startup with latest driver revisions. Also since switching to a gsync monitor the nvidia control panel is a fair bit slower than before.

My video on the previous page (#5645) shows just how slow mine is atm. I've got used to it now, though. 'Tis the norm.

Just installed these newer drivers and got my Vibrance back

Not tried any games yet though but the previous "dodgy drivers were solid for all the time I played The Division. Not one crash, DC, BSOD or other problem other than vibrance set to 100 and moving it made everything B&W.

I did not install the prior troublesome driver but the 364.51's installed without issue for me.

I have noticed that, very odd.

Aside from the 3D Settings section taking a little longer to open the first time after a reboot I've not seen any other slowdown with G-Sync.

GF Experience has always taken its sweet time to start up for me. (Though I just posted that and clicked it to see and it opened immediately... typical).
