One thing I've never really thought of before but when installing drivers through GFE does it keep the files somewhere or does it delete everything after it's finished installing?

Its about 1.1GB, i always delete it after updating through GFE.....

I sometimes find the Nvidia tray icon disappears. A restart usually sorts things out, but it's still a slight annoyance that I'd like to get to the bottom of.

So ive read on another forum that g-sync isnt working properly with the new itteration of driver, anyone else had problems with the new drivers.

I have them sat waiting incase they prove stable but......

Only had them installed since yesterday but Pendulum Demo works fine so no issues with G-sync I can discern. Fixed an annoying issue for me where cold boot would sometimes result in black screen so I am happy with the new drivers so far. Today I'll have an extended Prey gaming session so that will be the real test. Ran through one of the Doom levels after install yesterday and had no issues either.

Working sweet here. Only played Nier Automata but all running swell.
