When I had a 4070, driver NVIDIA GeForce 537.58 fixed DPCL for me.

Fixed General Bugs

  • [GeForce RTX 4060] GPU monitoring utilities reporting incorrect idle power usage [4186490]
  • Increased DPC latency may be observed when GPU is connected over HDMI 2.1 FRL at 10bpc/12bpc [4253581]
 
^^ Definitely not fixed! That changelog states increased latency when using HDMI under those conditions, so is that increased DPC latency over the already spikey DPC latency?

That's interesting though, as running latencymon still shows DPC spikes here, that's on the latest studio driver btw.
 
Anyone else getting memory violation errors and freezes with the last couple of driver updates (specifically when running WoW?

Rolled back drivers but had issues finding a driver it doesn’t do it on (even a previously stable driver).

No memory violation errors... However!

Also, there's random 2-3 second mouse freezes on certain actions. Supposedly the fix is to delete all of the monitor's extra resolutions that are created by the NVIDIA driver and any other unneeded resolutions via CRU.
But that's not possible to do right now; creator Toasty X said "NVIDIA's driver ignores EDID overrides for displays that have the extension block problem, so you won't be able to make any changes until they fix this".

Could be the same freeze issue, but more resolution/mouse related?

Weirdly this driver isn't coming up on Geforce experience.
