It is working well, when it does. They plan to remove control panel completely later this year, when they finish moving all settings to the App. Not much left now.I’m well out of the game re: the Nvidia app… is it worth having? I’ve been using the control panel for all settings to date.

Yeah, I ended up going this direction as the nvidia app is disappointing & useless, with "supported" games greyed out. Seeing the latest transformer DLSS in all my games has been a revelation.

But no ETA - future update could mean in 2 years. For the time being it's just another bit to push 5k series sells (though, these aren't even in stock).Smooth Motion is coming to 40 series too.
Ah, nice, that's better than the method I used with manually editing config file of it earlier to have that option. Good to know it's now just there to use.

I'm not at the main PC right now, but I recall that it's in 'settings' tab, there's a option something like 'don't automatically optimise games'.How do u disable the auto optimization bs? It's being applied to everything ffs.
Noticed game settings not saving and now I see why. Wtf nvidia?!

It's not on the graphics tab, confusingly enough.
I dont know if anyone plays delta force but its taken a performance hit due to Rebar - need to get Nvidia profile inspector and disable it and you have your performance back![]()
