Think you may be on to something here, I've noticed RDR2 performance changed to the worst today and it wasn't like this on my 5070ti a few days ago. EDIT: didn't see your above comments, did you DDU then install 581.89?

I've had no issues on 576.40 on 4000 series personally, but I've seen some issues on 5000 series on that driver.
Correct as I didn't want any of the hotfix driver left on the system
I didn't use DDU to install the hotfix though, over the top as per usual
