Make sure to stick your arse out and have your back straight when you position yourself to start the lift. Should get 135kg for reps on deadlift tonight, may go for a 1rm on Saturday, not sure yet.

Delvis looking at the 130kg for reps video you easily have 140 in the bag. I pulled 140 for a single when I was nearer 115/120 for 5.
How can you say that when you can triple 130kg? Clearly that's showing your back is more than capable, it's just excuses man.
