Form wasn't exactly bad, just a case of strength. 150 wont be long :)

Good work sticking with the 3rd rep, it could have gone nasty but you managed to salvage it.

Considering that's a PB form was pretty good on the 1st rep for sure. Nice one mate. :cool: Keep it up! :D

YES that is exactly how you should be thinking! Only taken you like 8 months of badgering for you to realise this, but happy days none-the-less :p
