Attention
Hello everyone. Just read through the whole thread (hadn't found the time until now) and thought it was about time to have some organisational input.
It sounds like most people are doing a good job of getting themselves organised but there are a few things I thought it would be easier to do communally.
Firstly, the loos are organised and they are here. I suggest that other bits could be bought by me and Matblack over the next couple of days and added onto the toilet tariff. We will be buying loo rolls and food/condiments etc. for 3 breakfasts (Sat/Sun/Mon) and the BBQ for Saturday night. Saturday lunch will be at Oakwood and we can sort out Sunday's food nearer the time. Also included in this will be the cutlery/glasses etc. that DRZ has obtained. If anyone else has general supplies to contribute please let me know what you will be bringing and how much you need to be reimbursed for.
To give you a rough idea we are estimating about £20 a head at the moment and this may leave some over to resdistribute or put some towards Sundays other meals. What would be really helpful at this point would be to get an idea of
1. Are you happy with this idea or would anyone rather opt out and just pay the minimum for the amenities?
2. We plan to get normal BBQ food plus some veggie stuff and 'girly' salads. Does anyone have any special requirements? How many veggies are there?
If people are staying for a shorter amount of time, or want of opt out of for example a cooked breakfast, I am happy to adjust for that.
I hope this is OK with everyone. I realise it is a bit late coming but Matt is good at organising the big stuff well in advance but if I can now sort out a few of the finer details it should give us more time for drinking
