No changes to any other hardware/clocks.

I didnt overclock the 1 card as ran out of time and when you disable SLI you have to re-apply the clock in Riva.

I am on the new BETA drivers though but think they're poor for SLI tbh. Also installed the Vista SLI hotfix.

My Zotac weirdly freezes sometimes, it's only running 670/975 and i can't get it to show artifacts after 45 minutes of ATItool but it just crashed during 3dmark? Have run over 4 runs on same settings earlier today?
 
I've just tried rivatuner with my inno 8800gt and the core clock/shader domain lever at the left hand side of the graph has a yellow exclamation mark over it. What does this mean? Everything is at stock.
 
Im gonna have to run fraps in Crysis on high when I get home tomorrow. I noticed it was a bit choppy so I assume its way under 30FPS.
Hmm wouldn't expect this under SLI to be honest, and I'm only at 1280x1024. :mad:
Are you on Vista? Either that or theyre just running a lot better on the higher Intels over AMD.

According to Expert tool - temps are only getting to 63 deg with fan on auto :)


The first time I put my mem to 1000 and applied my desktop got artifacts and I rebooted quick. I initially thought I had a poor card at that point, but I ran it at 950 then I have edge up to 1000 and it runds 3dmark no problem. Maybe it needed to burn in slightly.
 
XPERTTOOL gave me artefacts too so I switched to Rivatuner today and all is well :)

These coolers are pretty efficient - my card overclocked reaches almost 90 degrees during Crysis but quickly drops to 62 when not doing anything.

A 8800GT is more than enough to play crysis at medium settings. I have everything on very high expect the shaders at medium and now I'm getting 60fps at 1680x1050 res no aa. AA kills it.

To display the fps in crysis enter r_displayinfo = 1 in the console.

Are you in Vista? If you are then I think, in terms of a comparison, my system has a problem. lol
Edit - looking around the interweb and there seems to be some performance issues with SLI & Vista and the resolution? Await SP1 lol. Hhmm I wonder if the BETA version is any good..

I'm in XP using the very high settings hack.
