Before the Apple Watch, I used to use a sleep monitoring app on my phone and I stopped that when I got the watch. When I realised that it really was absolutely zero value whatsoever, I stopped wearing my watch to bed.Do tell what you will do with this data? Flawed science and data at that. If it says you only slept for 5 hours instead of 6 or 7 what will you do? As you can tell it's a pet hate of mine and such massively flawed data. Firstly they are pretty poor at doing the job and secondly the data they are gathering isn't all that useful.
