Honestly a squad with comms and some decent players can utterly dominate a server. We certainly made quite a few people rage quit when we had 5-8 people in two different squads on BF4.

we had to be careful not to overstack squads in 3 as the KNG server was popular

I skipped 4 due and returned to wow for the rest of litch king

In 5 our Lego squads and assorted friends could dominate a server but the thing I miss is going against lots of people you know
 
i actually loved servers with one side stacked clans. nothing like mopping them up with the mortars then getting banned. :p

squads with decent teams and coms can just destroy the other side. im hoping we can get lots of friends on the same team to play together. if you play in large groups via discord finding games you can all play together in at the same time is differcult.
 
I really hope EA create a BF6 battle royale mode that's fast paced, bug free, had a good ground loot system and has anti cheat. Competition with Activision needs a come back

Opposite for me, BF was one of the only shooters where I would happily jump on a server alone. It got a bit stale at times jumping on a server with a group of players who sat in vehicles all game, it was a guaranteed win every round and usually an absolute battering.

The organised matches were the best, where it was actually challenging.

They need to be very careful they don’t tread on Apex’s toes too much, but I believe DICE LA have been working mostly on the BR mode. Firestorm was Ok but felt a bit like an after thought that they shoe horned in a few months from launch with a clunky UI and gear collection.
 
Supposed to be an announcement on June 9th which should reveal a release date, which is estimated to be October to December 2021. I’ve just picked up BF5 for under a tenner to see how bad it really is.

Last one I bought at full price was BF4 way back in 2013 can’t believe it was that long ago.
