But he didn't come up short. Everyone was saying his only hope was to get him out of there with a punchers chance in the first half of the fight. That's what he did. He got robbed. Usyk wouldn't have got up from that in time. The rematch will happen.

For what reason? Dubois was the mandatory challenger, he's not any more. If it was a massive fight with huge PPV figures, and a global audience, I could understand Usyk wanting a rematch but there's little reason, other than it being called a no contest, for him to do it again.
He'll likely be told to face the winner of Zhang vs Joyce, if he has to take another mandatory, or a bigger name if he wants the money.

Think he means the governing bodies will demand a rematch. Don’t see it myself.

haha you are clueless then. the video usyk shown of his shorts line shows where they lie. look where his navel is. then look at a good image or replay of the shot.more than half the glove was under the belt line and his shorts are low. so its a low blow. simple as that. its why most fights have high shorts. over the navel. whats even funnier clueless people are talking about the time he took. a low blow you can take 5 minutes. so all above board then beat the quitter.

It doesn’t really matter what the talking heads have to say, or even the click-baiters (although @~>Dg<~ is absolutely right), the ref was in charge. He made the decision in the heat of the moment. Right or wrong, no-one lost anything, no points deducted, the fight went on. If the ref had treated it differently there would have been a different outcome? Well, duh!!
DDD was lucky to have gotten his shot, he got his shot, and was outclassed and properly schooled by the better man. He may come back better, certainly if he takes Usyk’s encouragement at the end on board. I’ll be surprised, but he has a few years still in the tank so who knows.

Punches below the belly button are all illegal and painful. Usyk's belly button was above the shorts. It's not just the nuts, the whole area has organs with little protection from muscle. Try punching yourself in the abbs, then try punching yourself the area just below

Point being - shorts move. A still at the end of the fight proves nothing.
