Just found mention of a 0.05bar boost reduction as well.

I'd given JP the benefit of the doubt until he took a childish swipe at a mate of mine who asked him a question on twitter last week. He's overdue a slap for that I think.

The boost reduction was only for the NGTC as I understand it.

He is too big for his raceboots now and it's getting a little boring. Tom Boardman had the right idea, I believe there was a lot of support around the pitlane on that particular incident. :D

The Boardman incident was dirty. He knew what he was doing. Given the close proximity of walls/barriers at Knockhill it was dangerous.

It doesn't excuse JPs twitter rant later that day referring to him as a "Northern *****".

/edit : I got it wrong - 'twas "Talentless *****". A guy I know then politely asked him why Tom Boardman did better in the WTCC and got a nasty reply back....

Looks like the drivers of the turbo cars are going to start a battle against the increased weight on safety grounds:

@tomonslowcole @MattNealRacing @PaulONeill29 @jasonplato @mat_jackson New weight added to Turbo cars is a massive safety issue!

The new added ballast 4 all turbo cars is raising some safety question... Will the 17" tyre take it? Are the roll cages rated? #JustAsking

Unsurprisingly Chevvys have qualified 1-2 after slowing down all the other cars, but Plato has had a barney with Neal (on and off the track) which has been referred to the stewards, so who knows what will happen? Although, seen as ToCA love to lick Platos balls I'm half expecting Neal to be sent to the back of the grid and Plato left on pole...
