*** The Official BTCC Thread ***

In a rush to set a time in the session's closing stages following a late red flag stoppage, Plato’s Silverline Chevrolet and Neal’s Honda Racing Civic twice collided and there were harsh words exchanged between the pair in the pit lane afterwards with members of their teams having to intervene.

Both incidents between them, on and off the track, were immediately referred to the championship stewards for investigation. Consequently, both drivers have been fined £1000 and had three penalty points added to their competition licences. The stewards have also requested that the BTCC Administrator imposes a six-place grid penalty (applicable to both drivers), suspended for the balance of the 2011 season.

They should make a replica of the trophy, only make it look a bit older, slightly lighter, and arrive a few seconds after the real one, and give him that :)

They're both a pair of habitual self abusers. Plato is very much the worse of the pair though.

I have difficulty watching the BTCC now, it's full of this rubbish. Also - when has equivalency formulas ever worked?

That doesnt show the on track action. The whole thing was started on track by Plato nerfing Sheddon and Neal, to which Neal retaliated.

The pit incident was started by Plato, again, and Neal retaliated.

Yeah, Neal shouldnt retaliate and just leave Plato to look like a ****, but at the end of the day, all of these things are started by Plato.

And now we have him yet again complaining about the speed difference on track..

IM SO BORED OF LISTENING TO PLATO COMPLAIN!

EDIT: having seen another replay of that Bordman incident, it looks simply that Bordman was faster off the corner than Plato... totally don't get the penalty there.

Wow, lots of 6 place penalties, 3 points and £1000 fines to be handed out after this race.

Or do you only get that if its Plato you hit?
