Are AON Ford backed in the same way that RML are Chevvy backed? In that the manufacturer ultimately decides where they will compete and under what rules?
If so, you can see the sense in it. It is the 'Global' Focus, it makes sense for it to compete in the World Championship.
It was Ford who they had to wait and see whether they got the nod from. The only confirmed driver seems to be Chilton. I can't see Neate getting a drive but TOC may possibly.
Neate did absolutely nothing, I can only imagine he has a pile of money behind him like Liam Griffin. On the one occasion he looked reasonable he binned it within a couple of laps.

If I'm thinking of the same occasion then it was lap 13 out of 15. I don't think Neate is short of a few bob. Lovely guy, just a shame he seems to have an allergy to tarmac.
I doubt it. He'll probably start complaining that because Matt Neal is a good 4" taller than him, he has an advantage of a lower CofG, so should have his feet cut off.
Either way good to see another manufacturer in BTCC, just a shame it's a Chinese photocopy of MG.
