Had a Poco F3 before and it got very little in terms of updates.

I'm well aware that Honor customer support is essentially none existent as well which is always bit of a worry when dropping £1000+ on a foldable phone from them.

There's the whole Chinese security hoo har as well but I'm not too bothered by that.

Overall enjoying the V3 so far though battery life could be better.

You can expect four years of OS updates and five years of security patches
 
It seems the One Plus 12 is on a nice offer at the moment if you are a student, key worker, or any of the other qualifiers.

£560 for the 16GB RAM / 512GB Storage version. Extra £50 if you have a trade-in.

One Plus Open seems to be on a little discount as well.

Dimensity 9400 is looking good , hopefully Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 / Elite can at least match that and now with chinese brands really upping the capacity 6000mah+ with new silicon-carbon batteries I'll likely be buying the Oneplus 13 CN version cheaper and flash Oxygen trying to get most tech for the money

Finally no more curved screen , micro curved now so display area is flat and the bezels micro curved so fingers swipe on and off comfortably

And can find tempered glass protectors

I'll likely be buying this but going cheaper route with Chinese version and flashing it with oxygen

Yeah man. If it wasn't flat I wouldn't even consider it. Not that I use screen protectors..

Looks like some nice improvement jump with the new chip and adding in 6000mah :) hopefully idle and general use is improved as well

And here's how the OnePlus 13 performed during gaming:
Honor of Kings (Highest Settings):OnePlus 13 maintained a frame rate of 120.5fps at a mere 3W power consumption, while Dimensity 9400 reached 120.7fps at 3.8W and Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 managed 114.6fps at 4.28W.
Marvel Snap (Highest Settings):OnePlus 13 delivered 59.8fps at 4.07W, compared to Dimensity 9400's 59.3fps at 5.35W and Snapdragon 8 Gen 3's 56fps at 6.6W with noticeable heat.
Genshin Impact:OnePlus 13 natively supports 120fps, delivering a near-perfect 121fps with only 5.4W power consumption.

Its thermal management is exceptional, keeping the device cool even under intense gaming sessions.

Nice I'm waiting till oxygen rom is available to flash before purchasing otherwise I'll be data wiping it again if bought now with color OS

Yeah, sounds sensible. Although I switch phones way too often so my phone setups/data is fleeting at best lol.

On a side note I'm currently using a Nothing CMF which is damn impressive for the price point.

I'd love to change phones that often, will be upgrading from 3 year old Xiaomi mi 11 CN version flashed to EU, OnePlus 13 gonna be a very nice jump especially battery life

I'm tempted by the folds especially the Vivo fold 3 pro but CN version can't be flashed with global and global is much higher in price, I'm keeping eye on them if something pops up
