Makes no odds. If you have paid the vat, you have paid the vat. They can't change you when you have already paid, that's the point.
Yeah but when you check out with AliExpress, tax isn't always applied, when it's applied yes it's already paid
When you buy higher value item you get no tax at the checkout , and if the package has the higher value declared customs are gonna charge you or you can ask them to declare it lower
Go on AliExpress checkout with something £50 or lower you'll see tax added , than checkout with something £150+ you'll get no tax added
