Ive no camera so cant take any pics.

But the only settings Ive changed from default are:

Vcore 1.45v
Vmch 1.65v
Vmem 2.1v
Pci bus 33Mhz
Pci-e 110Mhz
Thanks for that :) Gonna use those settings straight ouf of the box I think.

How much did that Team RAM set you back by the way? And how in the hell are you running PC2-5300 (667?) RAM at 420+ 1:1?? Beginning to think I made the wrong choice buying the G.Skill 2GB HZ!

Yeah I know but I guess with that many boards coming and going out its hard to check every single one. Anyway it will be going back today or tomorrow! Just my luck!!!

Hi there

Yes we got ten 302's sent to us by mistake, we caught 9 of them but one went out and I guess your that person. Call us up and tell them its revision 302 and if they don't understand what your going on about tell them to speak to Gibbo and I will explain to them.

My Team Ram was £135 :D

Its about £143 now.

I posted a few links in the memory forum showing how good it was and Gibbo said he was going to get some in.

I saw people posting shots of the HZ doing 500 Mhz and I went and bought some too thinking they would be better than my TeamGroup, tuns out they were no better for me at 423FSB and the people who were hitting the 500+ mark on the bad axe had the bootstrap at 1333 which i believe loosens the chipset timings.

Thanks Gibbo, seems to be my luck lately or lack of it. Spoke to the technical support guys and got an RMA so will be posting it back tomorrow. Any idea on when you will be getting more 304s in stock as they seem to be on 1-3 days at the moment.

You would have got it tomorrow but I managed to forget the ATX backplate, unless of course you can take the one out of the 304 you are going to send in which case I will post it today ;)

Don't suppose there is any chance of getting my E6600 early as a consolation... :D

Hehehehehe well am notoriously bad with tools, take last night, put my clawhammer down as I was taking the heads off the aluminium rivets and then managed to tread on it, nice big gash on the bottom of my foot now. Least I can say I put my blood, sweat and tears into my PC :D

Hopefully have my replacement Bad Axe by Monday :)

Well I've just got my G.Skill HZ 2GB and the serial number starts 6270 - so I've got no clue what I've got.

Any news about stocking Team's RAM Gibbo??? :)

At least you got yours.

Mine still hasn't turned up. If the order is not here by 5pm I'm going to call citylink and ask them to send the order back.

I am beyond angry.

6600s??? AAAAAH thats the chip below the Extreme version that I got ;) ;) JOKING! ;)

lol why waste all that money on a chip that doesn't overclock aswell as a cpu 60% cheaper... urr'll get more grunt out of a 6600 than the extreme edition will ever do.

quotes from Anandtech:-

To provide some idea of overclocking abilities with other Core 2 Duo processors, we ran quick tests with E6700 (2.67GHz), and E6600 (2.4GHz). The test E6700 reached a stable 3.4GHz at default voltage and topped out at 3.9GHz with the Tuniq Cooler. The 2.4GHz E6600 turned out to be quite an overclocker in our tests. Even though it was hard-locked at a 9 multiplier it reached an amazing 4GHz in the overclocking tests. That represents a 67% overclock.

We had another Core 2 Extreme X6800 that we tried overclocking. The results were 3.4GHz being the most stable we could get it. We're going to be playing around with these processors more in the future to hopefully get a better overall characterization of what you can expect.

I got some with a serial starting 627 & emailed G.skill to find out what I had. He emailed back saying thats Micron D9 without a doubt. :)

I think the very latest ones are quoting the week it was made in rather than just the month. I think 6 is the year here & 27 the week of manufacture. :) I have been told that the latest Micron D9's are even better than the famous fatboy ones as they do the same with less volts. :p

Thanks, you've put my mind at ease. If you were close by I'd buy you a pint! :)
