I wanted to get 4 Ghz before i do any benchies Im sure this will do it im just unsure how much juice to put through this thing. My temps are like 39deg idle atm and upto 70 deg under duel prime Room temperature is 25deg, bloody weather lol
Btw I changed motherboards yesterday to the asus P5W DH to see how it does.

It seems prime stable at 3396 though only ran a few mins, it failed instantly above this. The bad axe did hours hours prime at 3822. It may be because its so warm in here today though, or maybe the .03v vdroop.

Yes I would also like to see how different boards to compared to one another, particulary the Bad Axe, Infinity 975x and the Asus P5W DH. The Asus looks the best on paper but need to see how it performs

I like it, it has a more user friendly bios and i like that little Ai booster proggy

Its doesnt seem to be quite as stable as the bad axe though as i mentioned in the above post but its not far behind.

I reckon so. Some people are getting 3.6 on air though they dont seem to run prime on them.


Its still priming btw 20 mins.
