Seasons. It's actually more fun than I thought it'd be.
I am really unlucky right now. Only one Tal Rasha item in 88 paragon levels. No set rings or anything. No unity or anything. I know its not many paragon levels, but still you would think I would at least get some drops. Firebirds seems to drop all the time which I have no interest in. I bet there is someone out there wanting firebirds but only gets Tal Rasha too!
Oh and I just did multiple rifts on T4 (would be higher but gear prevents this) without a single drop.

Ive not seen 1 piece of Firebirds in 70 Paragon myself, yet I have a bunch of Tal Rasha
I could do with a friend to do some rift runs with. Anyone available?
Created a wizard for this season. About 150 paragon levels and can't say i'm overly fond of it. Damage is immense with Tals and focus/restraint etc. But lack of mobility really kills clear speed. Feels so pedestrian after long time with Monk and Raekor Barb,

Loving the updated dash set on monk, last 2 updates have been well overdue for the monk class.
Not playing seasons no point every time it kicks off someone finds a work round that makes it pointless unless you do the same and I play for fun.

im having the same problem with roland's, 5k shards into gloves and chest and still neither roland's piece, akhaan's aplenty though.

A lot of people used the bloodshard exploit to get their full sets quickly.
It's really annoying how at the beginning of each season there always seems to be some kind of exploit, they fix it but don't do anything about the players who are now miles ahead of the others.

From what I've seen they're coming down on those people pretty hard. Some attempted to get around being caught by doing the character roll-back thingy and even those are getting banned.
They've also asked people to report suspected exploiters to [email protected] with screenshots, etc.

many god banned for the exploits including prominent streamers, others got their paragon rolled back.
My barb is getting flat out mental, who needs streamer RNG with such a ridiculous class this season

Best items for a Demon Hunter, though the new Unhallowed Essence set is pretty mental.
Without Focus & Restraint though you're going to find that a freshly geared Essence DH doesn't hit very hard, even for T6. It's when you get +12 discipline on every item that can have it and start rocking lv30+ gems that the damage get's mental. Until you're at a level where you can one shot the content at a difficulty it's never going to be particularly efficient. It would be faster to use F+R and manually pick up gold then take 2x as long to kill stuff and auto loot gold.
I can see where that build is going but you need fairly top end gear to make it efficient. But by the time you have the rolls on your gear to carry that build you'll have hundreds of millions, and sadly gold doesn't go far at all, with 0 gold boosting gear, just gearing up will get you more gold than you can spend.

Indeed mate, can just go by what drops atm, when im capping shards on my wd im switching to the dh and rolling chests, one day kadala will reward me
Also the avarice is combined with an upgraded boon of the hoarder to make it a sorta gold farmin build for t6 rifts, its not intended to be a gr progression build initially. Just something different than the WD

Apparently that's whey their getting heavy handed with the banhammer and the rollbacks this time. They have had enough with people playing PTR especially to find bugs/exploits then not reporting them so they can use them, and they're making an example.
Been playing whirlwind barb this season and it seems pretty good overall. Got a reasonable ancient In-Geom the other day though and thought I would try it out with Raekor Charge in T6 and hot damn that spec is good fun for farming T6. It really made me miss the old charge spec.
I do enjoy the whirlwind build but I think overall I still prefer the charge build, seems to take more skill to get through the higher greater rifts. I think I am going to try charge again in some higher greater rifts. Pity the single target DPS is still so bad for charge.
