Depending on which Ulianas build your going for your gonna want to change your gearing priorities.
If your going for broken promises then you want zero crit chance on your gear. So you would roll it off bracers, helm, amulet and gloves.
Cooldown reduction is also huge with ulianas and is a flat damage increase, so even on a weapon if it means choosing between 10% damage or 10% cdr you wil want the 10% cdr.
Ideally your aiming for CDR around 55%+ (then will have gogok on top of that).
Currently the meta is starting to swing towards using a full crit ulianas build, with most of the higher clears now coming from people using convention of elements rather than broken promises. This means you keep crit chance on gear and paragon and your base dps will be a lot higher giving more consistent damage. You will then need to watch for cold proc from COE for the big damage spike on packs of trash etc.
Datmodz COE Ulianas Build
http://www.diablofans.com/builds/58405-datmodz-gr70-ulianas-coe-monk
Overall no matter what choice you take you want at bear minimum
50%+ CDR (roll on shoulder, gloves, rings, weapons)
Life Per Second on any slot which can have it
Stacking secondary res (pref physical)
15% Exploding palm on Helm and Boots
20% cold on Amulet and Bracers
Paragon 1 > cap movements speed then all in main stat
Paragon 2 > CDR, CHC (if using Coe build), CHD, AS
Paragon 3 > All res > Armour > Life Regen > Life %
Paragon 4 > Area Damage > RCR > LOH > Gold
Personally im switching from Broken Promises to COE build atm and have managed a 63 so far before i switched, so will be interesting to see the diff.
So it really pays to try and keep 2 sets of gear just in case
