You would be better off with the 85 quid one as you get all the updates/expansions.
So if they take your money out, technically speaking, if there is a possibility the game could stagnate and not be made. In this event, are you screwed and dont see your money?
That's the general jist of it. You've got no legal comeback. The game could never see the light of day and you wouldn't be legally entitled to anything back.
However the studio is large, the people behind the project passionate so of all the projects you could fund this should be one of the safer bets.
It's a risk but they seem well motivated so fingers crossed.

Ah ok.according to the comments chat, at least £4.5K of that was an agreed writers pack that the chap asked if he could move it to the Paypal donation because it saved him a fortune in conversion fees. He asked FD if he could and had it agreed.
