Can the Nav beacons disappear ?

You mean the permanent nav beacons at every star which you scan for the system map? If you logged out while in the nav beacon instance, then when you logged back in you will have been put in your own instance which I believe to get back into the nav beacon instance you would have to go in and out of supercruise for it to come back, with all the other traffic.

i was at a station, logged back in and it wasn't there, even after i left the station, but after a while it reappeared though

Money getting low, so had a good think how to get it (and quickly)
Decided my best option was do some more mining, this time i decided to fill up with limpets and go surface mining for platinum
found a ship carrier that buys for 200K per 1 unit in the same system !!!
so, 1 haul :
BUT, i also have lots of Silver and a few other minerals etc
well worth it

I should probably try and log back into Inara at some point to see if my Fleet Carrier hasnt been impounded for late payments!!

@ShiWarrior Think you mentioned using FC for jumping, is there some website that has a schedule of FC's about to jump from the bubble to certain other systems like Colonia ? I cba to travel that distance using a ship anymore

Would somebody docking with edd plugin active do the trick? Don't remember if it reports carrier's finances to inara, or is it done through account linking.
Its usually done through account linking. I'd need to log in and update to see where it stands.
I managed to log into my Frontier Account today and Sync it with Inara, apparently because i suspended all of my services before i left I currently have enough cash left to last just over 5 months.
Luckily i return to the uk in 6 weeks so will be able to top that up nicely with some AFK pirate hunting in the Type-10 Tank (Coriolis build if anyones interested https://s.orbis.zone/j3e9 )
