I'm still trying eith my type 9

Died with a large haul of gold

So now, I've put military grade on my Hull, upgraded my power distribution to max, sheilds are next to do, I'm just about surviving at the moment
I've got around 400 gold in my cargo ready to sell around 66,000 per unit

Nice little profit if I can make it

the game was at its best then imo. i am so sad that FD let the reigns go on the economy... i know my view is a minority view and am not trying to tell anyone else they are wrong or change their mind.......... but i wish FD had kept a tight lid on earnings, but then kept everything in the game earnable via ingame credits, so if you cant be bothered going getting materials then you could buy them instead.

back in kickstarter even all cosmetics were going to be linked to gameplay and earnable with ingame credits............................................ but to make money in the cash shop FD were going to sell credits. i respect why FD caved to player feedback on this (this was before release) but i wish the game was like that.

why is it this one is never mentioned anywhere ? always seems to be just Jamerson memorial ?
 
it's an old one, there may even be better places it's just where I get most of my stuff from and have for years.

oh and if you have ED:O and want to upgrade your ground weapons if you want a big headstart follow the thread below (and contribute if you can)

every week a set number of pre engineered items , max of tier 3 out of 5 and with various special effects added there are unique, once someone buys it it is gone. the gear resets once a week

hmmm for years that system was never contested . it is possible someone has won the system over and it is no longer in his controll
bugger if so like I said it has been my 2nd home since for ever. but I have not been there in 6 months

I cant be bothered to fly anything else apart from my fully engineered Corvette tbh, probably out of date though, its that website still a thing where you can post your layout ? (only for PVE mind you and never even bothered to find Thargoids... as the grind for stupid weapons to actually hit them put me right off.
 
question on leveling up on federation rank etc

Been at a station for ages, and I'm ready to do the Follow on Mission, but im only getting planetary scan jobs

If i was to goto a completely different system, is it possible to do a follow on mission there or do I have to do it here ?

Yes, should be fine to move to another station if I remember correctly.

This sort of site? https://edsy.org/ There are quite a few that offer similar services, I got bored of flying my Corvette, it's just not as fun as my Python or Krait MKII, though it is great for doing pirate massacre missions without needing to pay much attention lol.
 
well, went to another system to try and do my "follow of mission" and i couldn't , guess its because of the faction
so i went back and did it , only to have to do another one and nothing else :(

oh well need to pay of my bounty and do it again ! bit annoying as i get my controls on my SRV mixed up lol
 
Some controls have gone a little funny

I use the X Box pad, so 2 thumb sticks
the right one used to be for yaw , thrust up etc (default)
but now its "look" only

when i try and set thrust up again it says its already on some other thrust , so i do not know how to get it back again
