How do I turn off auto refresh when going between safari tabs?

I think that "auto refresh" is the Ipads way of telling you its run out of RAM I think. May be wrong mind

It shouldn't be, it's does it when switching between tabs, seems to be time related.

After googling, it seems to be aggressive ram management rather than running out of ram, so annoying. Especially as it never closes any used apps. Only way around it seems to be, to get another browser.

Got atomic browser, even has proper tabs.

Hopefully the safari in ios5 will stop the silly refresh.
