First off, thats not what happened, we were already joining the alliance when the war dec came through, it was only 4 hours after the war began that we were officially in the allaince, we were communicating about it for several days.
Secondly, like i said, they might have ransomed a freighter than killed it but i said that was down to a STUPID noob pilot that brought the account.
They constantly smacktalk in local to the point where my stabber chased a RIOT member out of our system who was in a Celestis then said "too slow noob" in local, he didnt return for the entire night "whos the noob", yet he already lost a shield tanked 4 cpu mod railthron about 24 hours into the war, he engaged a lone vigil frigate (with 425 rails) at the gate instead of jumping giving the gang about 2 minutes required to form up and warp in one him. He lost a celestis the next day and his pod to a wolf and claimed the station killed him. All weve lost was a claw and a cormorant(pod).
RIOT make out their megathron losses were 50 mill with insurance, heres a little snippet from the kill mail.

That does not show the arbalest cruise launchers and tech 2 shield extenders or other high value stuff that was in his can that he had fitted or the fact that he had the cruise missiles skill along with about half a dozen others in the hold yet had arby cruise launchers fitted. No drones. It also dont show the implants that he lost when he was podded that he actually confirmed to having after claiming the station killed him.
RIOT know exactly where 95% of evotech members are stationed atm, in our HQ system Arvasaras we dont hide that fact, but after getting their *** handed to them (lost megathron, celestis(pod)) at the cost of a cormorant and claw, they retreated to the highway systems to gank the rest of ISS's industrial corps, yet its us they want to fight.
They expected cheap ganks and indy kills or a ransom payment but we gave neither and kicked their *** so hard they ran away. They refuse to engage us now unless its like 2-3 on 1.

Also, regarding the smack from our CEO, i bet you only got the returning smack cause capt was smacktalking our CEO extremely badly and got even worse when he was informed about our intentions to join ISS, in the end our CEO smacktalked back then cut all transmissions. Our CEO is a very level headed person from that ive heard and read over the past month on the forums and Teamspeak. All RIOT seem to do is abuse us in local on the rare occasions they actuallyshow up. We have to keep reiterating the no talking in local cause the abuse is pretty bad at times.
but then i've not been able to find addition complementrery raw matireals. but it makes enough isk at the moment.
