"PvP is like a box of choc'lates - You never know what you're gonna get", or for the most part if you're going to get your behind handed to you, which is what makes it so much fun - the randomness of the kill, and of the loot. With respect, crypt, I doubt anyone would want to take their best ship, kitted with their best modules, into a 1v1 PvP with you, just so that you can get 'phat loot' if you kill them.

Sounds like you're doing a bit of willie waving to me, and yes, I know you'd pop my ship in about a heartbeat and a half before you start chest-thumping.

Jestar, no offence mate, but if your gonna continue to be a back seat driver, put your ship and modules on the line, until then please shh. Your quick to complain that my pilot doesnt want to fight on TQ, but i dont see you stepping upto the plate.

He asked for a 1v1, didnt specify which server he wanted it on, and now because we have requested it on test, he is throwing his toys outta the pram. Not my problem tbh.

Besides someone has to give crypt a run for his money, no one else stepped upto the challenge, and by having it on test we can throw resources at 5 and ASCN incursions and have this little match.

Dream on. We've got far more important things to waste our money on. You didn't seriously think you were going to get someone fighting you in a valuable ship did you? With decent equipment on it? The best you're going to get is someone in a T1 ship with T1 equipment across the board, with maybe a few cheap named modules. We're not stupid enough to waste ridiculous money on something as pathetic as a 1v1 with you. If you're wanting that kind of thing, you're going to have to go find someone who operates a corp like yours. The rest of us look at a much bigger picture. We know whats coming up, and we know we'll need every ship and every decent module for it.

The only reason someone would restrict a 1v1 to test server is because they don't want to risk their ship and mods. I can't think of another one.

Care to point out where I complained? And back seat driver.. that the phrase for the day? It doesn't fit here I'm afraid, so you might need to learn up on it a bit.

Not quite sure what your point is here.. well, I am, but I'm not sure what the relevancy, or importance of it is.. either accept the challenge as-is, i.e. on TQ, .. or don't.. hardly rocket science.. no one loses face, no one deflates their ego's, no one HAS to rise to the challenge.. so what's the problem?

Where you added to my post saying "or ask for a 1v1 to take place on TQ.. they happen all the time, though the luxury of specifying which mods to use is not exaclty common." = meddling, i dont consider a fight on TQ as an option, if i did, i would have posted it. As it was stated earlier, i have better things to do on the main server.

Because i want our pilot to have a pop at crypt, he didnt specify what server he wanted it to take place on. I want this to take place, im not getting worked up about it, and i think its hillarious that you think i am, besides, if you care to start a new topic of discussion, il be more than happy to comment on that, until someone does im running with the current discussion.

Im qualifying my point that i have better things to expend resources on. I accepted the challenge as is, which was a bs 1v1, no server was specified, and i also offered the option of waiting till SiSi has been updated, so there should be no problems with skills.
Sure no one has to rise to the challenge, but seriously everyone talks down to crypt and cusses him, fair enough, he can be arrogant at times, but why not step upto the plate and have a go, win loose or draw that is better than merely shying from the challenge. I and my pilots would rather fight and loose than shy away from a challenge.

Now il do you a deal and we can stop this bickering, i have enough of this at work, remember crypt is the common enemy here :P ;)

I will say one thing. Pilots who are stupid enough to go AFK at a planet in 0.0 deserve to wake up in their cloning station ;)

I was in a system, I warped to a planet within scanning range of a gate to scan and see if anyone was camping it. There was a Hawk parked there. The pilot was in it, but obviously afk. How I chuckled as first his ship, then his pod and finally his corpse went pop.

I wouldn't have a clue. Plans are sensibly kept hidden from the "hobbitses" to reduce intel leaks and confound spies. I literally could no more tell you what ASCNs plans are for, say, tomorrow than tell you what colour top you're wearing right now.
Even if I did know I wouldn't be at liberty to discuss them elsewhere.

Anyone with half an ounce of a brain knows whats going on politically between various parties at the moment (though still can't quite work out why SA seems determined to obliterate itself by ******* off so many alliances.) You only have to look at the flaming on the Eve-O, extract the truth from the propoganda and you can see how various groups are positioning themselves.
If my theories are correct some interesting shizzle is going to happen, and I think most folks can make a fair estimate of when, but they are only theories, and much depends on how various parties behave at certain key moments. If we've got a sufficient mix of muppets in power then it'll explode.
 
If you challenge someone to a 1v1, its kinda assumed to be on TQ. One of the greatest aspects of EvE is the real loss which you can inflict by destroying another ship. Test server does not have this. If you want to 1v1 me on TQ, reply. If not, shut up and there is no need to continue flaming anyone.
