Note how none of the NPCs have red or yellow targetting brackets around them? ;)

That mining ship you're looking at, if I'm not mistaken, is the best in game and T2 variety. The resistances on it are nice and high, just like with most T2 ships, so its able to tank reasonable spawns even out in 0.0 space.
 
Skully is right, but it's not a particularly big spawn anyway.

Garp, it's actually a Skiff, not a Hulk so it's doesn't have much of a tank.

No idea about fully fitted, but empire prices seem to be settling around the 500m mark to even buy one, let alone equip it. :eek:
 
Barge, around 500-600 mil if you can get a good price
3 x t2 strip miners - 10 mil each

Fitting it isn't the problem, finding someone to sell it to you is. Or at least, finding someone who will sell it to you without having to get on a long waiting list.

right people if anyonr is still about im about to accept the ocuk corp,

whats the best asteroid to mine these days? which gives you the most monola out of it? that is close to the ocuk corp remember i only have a reaper so if i see a pirate i have to leg it.

I think you get kernite in pakkonen but you have to be careful in there, it's a 0.4 system but is a dead end, which turns off the hard core pirates. If you fly over to gallente space, you can mine omber which is very worthwhile.
 
right well out of the spare cash i got from before i just got myself a standard probe, now going to fit it with 2 basic minors an afterburner, and cargo expanders, ok you say if i fly over to gallente space, whereabouts is that? sorry im having trouble remembering it all thanks :)
 
Head over to Enderailen (0.4) if you want to bust a noob mining op. They wouldn't listen to me, and think that having a cruiser to protect them is enough.

in the asteroid belts around ocuk hq all i seem to find is veldspar? any good, and in the above post is that gallente space?

Barely any left, seems whenever I go mining the belts have been nicely stripped of juicy pyro roids. :)


I suggest going to Vorsk, its a fair trip from Isikano and you will need some sort of tank or weapon but it has about 20 belts brimming with omber. Stock up the isogen and bring it back to Caldari space where it is in short supply. :)

lol dude all i have is a probe with 2 minor 1' s on it, no way would i be able to fight off the pirates whilst mining lol

once again me only have a probe, i managed to find some omber in the isikano belts but pirates were with em, ah man if i still had my osprey i could mine it then take out the pirates at the same time, so in the isikano belts whats the best to mine? chars.

:)

also in the pic above what is that ship? looks expensive :D

The best to mine in Isikano is pyroxeres, you wont find omber there as its a minmatar space ore. Since you are in a probe then I guess it is best to mine in slightly higher sec (0.8 or above) where pirate spawns don't appear. It is probably best to mine Plagioclase then as pyro does not often appear at higher secs. :)


I believe the ship above is a Skiff, a tech 2 mining barge that is specifically tailored to mining Meroxcit ore deep in 0.0. And yeah it is expensive :D

There are rarely and pie rats in the system Feek has shown, and you can always ask corpies to tank for you (thus making it a group op)

However, you're slightly stuffed for mining the stuff as it needs deep core miners to get it, but ou could always do the hauling :p
